Wishing you a warm and wonderful Christmas, too with plenty of intriguing and unusual unmitigated England discoveries in 2014.

Happy Christmas to you to and all the best for the New Year.

Ps I would love to have your painting of the letter box printed up as Christmas Cards to send out.

I'm afraid I'm a bit late to wish you a happy Christmas - only just got the computer running again after losing electricity at 9.30 on Christmas Eve. A strange, dark, cold Christmas (one of my neighbours wished me a Happy Wartime Christmas), but we were better off than some of our fellow Surrey-ites who were under water. I hope you were unaffected by it all.

At least I can wish you all the very best for the New Year!
